Reasonable structure and convenient maintenance
Rear door opening structure: the pump body and the pump cover are split from the back of the impeller. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor. Only the intermediate connecting piece of the lengthened coupling is removed to exit the rotor parts.
Modular design: a total of 29 basic types in the whole series, 153 kinds of performance can be obtained through variable speed and cutting impeller diameter to meet the needs of different working conditions.
High efficiency and energy saving
Comply with national standards: the design conforms to GB5662-85 standards, the equivalent adopts international standard ISO2858, and the performance and size reach the international level.
Reasonable layout of hydraulic performance: the layout of the whole series of hydraulic performance is reasonable, and the efficiency and suction range reach the average level.
Corrosion resistance, wide application range
Material variety: optional stainless steel material, suitable for conveying corrosive liquid.
Temperature range: the operating temperature is not higher than 80 ℃, and the operating temperature of some models (such as ISWR type) can reach 120 ℃.
Flexible sealing form
Axial seal: three forms of soft packing seal, mechanical seal and rubber oil seal are adopted to prevent air intake or water leakage.
Packing ring design: If the impeller has a balance hole, it is equipped with a packing ring, and the pressure water in the pump chamber is led to the packing ring for sealing through the small hole on the pump cover.
high reliability
Shaft sleeve protection: the part of the shaft through the packing cavity is equipped with a shaft sleeve protection, and an O-ring is installed between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage.
Balance axial force: The impeller is provided with sealing rings before and after, and a balance hole is provided on the back cover to balance the axial force.
