Keep the equipment clean, dry, free of oil stains, and without leaks.
Regularly check the operating sound, vibration, and leakage of the pump.
Check and adjust the oil level in the suspension oil chamber.
It is strictly prohibited for the pump to operate in a vacuum or cavitation state.
Regularly check the leakage at the packing box and adjust the tightness of the packing gland.
Check the bearing temperature to ensure it does not exceed the allowable range.
Regularly replace the lubricating oil.
Check whether the supporting structure of the pump's inlet and outlet piping system is loose.
Pumps that are not used for a long time should be treated for rust prevention and stored properly.
